The undersigned and third party agrees to pay for all charges incurred against the room account during the above given rental period. The undersigned agrees to be personally liable for payment of any and all charges due in the event the indicated third party, person, company or association fails to pay for such charges. This includes a $300 fee if it is found to have smoking activity in the assigned rented room. We the undersigned also agree to vacate and thus release the room on the scheduled date of departure indicated on this registration card.at the CHECK OUT time of 11:00 AM.
Only registered in house guests are permitted to use our amenities such as breakfast and pool, proper swim wear must be worn on pool and hot tub. Failure to wear proper attire will result in 300.00 charge and hotel policy requires quiet time to begin at 11:00 PM. This includes all guests abstaining from loitering in the hall ways, and lobby areas. It is at the Hotel Managements discretion that if policies are not obliged, guests will be asked to leave the premises. If required, authority will be notified for assistance.
A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. A method of payment needs to be presented upon checkin. Reservations with a major credit card are pre-authorized room + tax plus an extra $50 as an incidental charge. Reservations paid with debit or credit are subject to room and tax plus a $300 deposit upon check-in.
Small pets are welcome with prior arrangement only. The pet friendly rate is $25.00 per day, per pet, plus taxes with a damage deposit.
